Information you put into search
Directory searches use information in the page address, including a keyword, state, service or page number. That information can appear in your browser history, copied links and routine hosting or security logs. Do not enter names, case details, deadlines, document contents or other confidential information into a directory search.
Planning and quote tools
The enquiry planner and quote worksheet keep your selections in the current page while you use it. The application does not submit those worksheet values to a Lawyers by Suburb account or save them to browser storage. If you copy, print or otherwise share a plan, your device and chosen destination control that copy.
Contacting a Law Firm
Telephone, email, website, booking and contact-form links can open another application or website. Information you provide after following one of those links is handled by that provider or service under its own privacy practices. Confirm a secure contact method before sending identity documents, case papers or sensitive information.
Technical information
Web hosting and security systems may process request information such as an IP address, browser or device information, requested page, time and diagnostic events. The audited application source does not contain an analytics tag, advertising pixel, tag manager or cookie-consent library. Services added outside the repository or after the stated review date would need a fresh review and an update to this page.
Provider information
Law Firm profiles contain business information from a shared directory data source. The information can be incomplete or out of date and is not an official professional register. Requests to correct a profile follow a separate evidence-based process.
Who is responsible
The accountable operator and a monitored privacy contact have not yet been configured for publication. This is an unresolved launch limitation. Until those details are shown here, do not send personal information to Lawyers by Suburb and use provider contact channels only after checking the destination.
Access, correction and complaints
A verified process and response target for personal-information requests still require operator approval. For a public Law Firm profile error, use the directory correction process. Concerns about a provider’s professional registration should be checked with the appropriate official body rather than treated as a directory privacy request.
